EDGE Communications is promoting Justin Pascul to Director of Field & Engagement, elevating a Miami-based organizer who has led voter mobilization and grassroots operations for major municipal campaigns across Miami-Dade County.

The South Florida political and public affairs firm said the promotion reflects Pascul’s expanding role in field strategy, community engagement, and volunteer coordination as EDGE continues to grow its campaign and public affairs work.

“Justin brings unmatched energy and discipline to his work — and his dedication to the residents of our community is what sets him apart,” said EDGE founder and CEO Christian Ulvert. “From the first door knock to the final vote count, he leads with heart and hustle. I’m excited to see him continue building powerful field programs across South Florida.”

A Miami native, Pascul previously served was Community Engagement Coordinator at EDGE and has been at the forefront of voter outreach throughout Miami-Dade County. He played a key role in Mayor Daniella Levine Cava’s 2024 re-election campaign and helped mobilize voters in the 2025 City of Miami and Miami Beach races, including wins for Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins and Miami Beach Commissioner Laura Dominguez.

“Justin is one of the most thoughtful and effective organizers I’ve had the privilege of working with,” Dominguez said. “He knows how to listen, build relationships, and execute with both passion and precision. Justin’s work made a real difference in my re-election campaign, and I’m so glad to see him stepping into this well-earned role.”

Pascul added, “Fieldwork is where campaigns come alive. It’s where people connect, share their stories, and make their voices heard. I’m honored to take on this new role and continue doing the work I love with a team that believes in the power of voters across our community.”
