A senior Russian general was killed Monday morning after an explosive device detonated underneath his car in southern Moscow. According to investigators, the attack on Lt. Gen. Fanil Sarvarov, who led the Operational Training Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, may have been “linked” to “Ukrainian special forces”.
