Duke remains the No. 1 team in the country, and has done nothing since that win over Michigan to negatively affect its position, blasting Notre Dame by 44 and blowing out Virginia by 26. Since the loss to Duke, the Wolverines have beaten Minnesota and Illinois. Steady Falling: A couple squads whose odds have moved in the wrong direction are Houston and Illinois. Just over a week ago, the Cougars were at +750, but have dropped to +1000, after recently enduring a three-game losing streak — falling at Iowa State and Kansas, and at home against Arizona. However, only one of those teams is above them on the oddsboard, and that is the Wildcats. As for Illinois, it recently suffered back-to-back losses, at UCLA and at home against Michigan.
