Hong Kong stocks extended a rally on Tuesday as investors continued to bet on easing US-China trade tensions.
The Hang Seng Index rose 1.7 per cent to 26,290.48 as of 11am. The Hang Seng Tech Index surged 2.7 per cent.
On the mainland, the CSI 300 Index rose 1.4 per cent and the Shanghai Composite Index added 0.9 per cent.
